About the event
When a Kansas twister sweeps young Dorothy and her little dog Toto far from home, she lands in the dazzling, unpredictable world of Oz. There, she meets three unforgettable companions: a Scarecrow yearning for a brain, a Tin Man longing for a heart, and a Lion in search of courage. Together, the four friends set off down the Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City, hoping the mysterious Wizard can grant their deepest wishes.
Along the way, they face flying monkeys, a wicked witch, and challenges that test their friendship and resolve; but what they discover is that the things they were searching for were inside them all along.
Art & Dance Studio proudly presents this Youth Edition, performed entirely by our talented young dancers and performers, under the direction of Arianna Gonzalez, with vocal coaching by Patricia J. Waite and production support from Sophia Wiley and Lance Hildebrand.
