Morgan Saunders

Morgan began her ballet training at age seven after receiving a scholarship to the Cincinnati Ballet Academy, where she trained for ten years and performed in numerous company and academy productions. She began her professional career with DE LA Dance Company in 2018, and later joined Ballet Texas in 2023.

In 2019, Morgan began her teaching career at De La Dance Center in Cincinnati, where she discovered her passion for developing young dancers. Since then, she has built a strong foundation as an educator, working with students of various ages and levels. In 2023, she joined American Dance Co. in Spring Branch, Texas, where she became the Ballet Program Director in 2025. In this role, she has led curriculum development, mentored students, and directed the children’s cast of Ballet Texas’ The Nutcracker.

Morgan is committed to continuing her own education to better serve her students. She recently trained in London at the Ballet with Isabella Intensive, further refining her dancing, teaching approach, and artistic perspective.

She is passionate about fostering a positive and disciplined learning environment where dancers can grow both technically and artistically. Morgan is excited to join Art and Dance Studio and looks forward to sharing her love of ballet while inspiring students to reach their full potential.
