Class Description
Program: Urban Age Range: 13+ Skill Level: Beginner / Intermediate Contemporary Teens/Adults helps dancers explore expressive movement, musicality, floor work, technique, creativity, and emotional connection. Students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning how to tell stories through movement.

Thank you for your interest in Art & Dance Studio! We’re happy to offer up to 3 free trial opportunities per student, meaning we allow up to 2 no-shows for the same trial class before the trial offer expires. Please note: Free trial classes are completely free of charge. This policy applies only to the same class selected for the trial. By attending a free trial, you agree to comply with our studio’s internal policies, even during the trial period.
