The "pom dance" is a high-energy, synchronized dance style that originated from cheerleading and uses pom-poms as props to emphasize sharp, precise movements and create visual effects. It incorporates elements of jazz, hip-hop, and cheerleading, focusing heavily on group execution, formation changes, and technical skills like jumps, turns, and kick lines.

We’re happy to offer up to 3 free trial opportunities per student, meaning we allow up to 2 no-shows for the same trial class before the trial offer expires. Please note: Free trial classes are completely free of charge. This policy applies only to the same class selected for the trial. By attending a free trial, you agree to comply with our studio’s internal policies, even during the trial period.
