Class Description
16 and up - Adaptive dance for special needs Dancers. (Down syndrome) This class will help with conditioning, speed and coordination as well as balancing out muscle work throughout the body to allow compensations, all this while learning choreography (additional $28 fee per month for the personalized trainer option to help with rehabilitation once a week) *if you would like to try out this class, please contact our team at 210 935 2597

Thank you for your interest in Art & Dance Studio! We’re happy to offer up to 3 free trial opportunities per student, meaning we allow up to 2 no-shows for the same trial class before the trial offer expires. Please note: Free trial classes are completely free of charge. This policy applies only to the same class selected for the trial. By attending a free trial, you agree to comply with our studio’s internal policies, even during the trial period.
