Experience the passion and energy of Mexico with Folklore for Adults.

90-minute ballet classes twice a week for adult dancers with previous ballet training who are ready to continue developing at an intermediate to advanced level. This class is designed for adults who want to maintain and elevate their technique in a focused, encouraging, and artistically enriching environment. Dancers will work on alignment, strength, flexibility, turns, jumps, musicality, and classical vocabulary through barre, center, and across-the-floor progressions. Placement is recommended to help ensure each dancer joins the level where they can grow with confidence and proper challenge.
