Ages 5–7 only. Introduce young dancers to the sensations that will be needed for ballet technique in future levels through storytelling with props in a playful and nurturing environment.
Develops coordination, balance, and spatial awareness through ballet exercises and movement patterns.
Enhances motor skills and proprioception with age-appropriate ballet vocabulary and exercises.
Fosters creativity and imagination through storytelling and thematic dance activities.
Builds confidence and self-esteem as children learn new skills and gain mastery over movement.
Provides a supportive and encouraging setting where young dancers can explore their love for dance and expression.
