Class Description
Adults 21+ 90-minute ballet classes twice a week for adult dancers with previous ballet training who are ready to continue developing at an intermediate to advanced level. This class is designed for adults who want to maintain and elevate their technique in a focused, encouraging, and artistically enriching environment. Dancers will work on alignment, strength, flexibility, turns, jumps, musicality, and classical vocabulary through barre, center, and across-the-floor progressions. Placement is recommended to help ensure each dancer joins the level where they can grow with confidence and proper challenge.

Thank you for your interest in Art & Dance Studio! We’re happy to offer up to 3 free trial opportunities per student, meaning we allow up to 2 no-shows for the same trial class before the trial offer expires. Please note: Free trial classes are completely free of charge. This policy applies only to the same class selected for the trial. By attending a free trial, you agree to comply with our studio’s internal policies, even during the trial period.
