Class Description
This class introduces students to the basics of rhythmic gymnastics through fun movement, flexibility, and coordination exercises. Dancers will explore beginner skills using apparatus such as ribbons and balls while developing strength, balance, musicality, and body awareness in a positive, encouraging environment.

We’re happy to offer up to 3 free trial opportunities per student, meaning we allow up to 2 no-shows for the same trial class before the trial offer expires. Please note: Free trial classes are completely free of charge. This policy applies only to the same class selected for the trial.
