🩰 Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is open to current Art & Dance Studio students and outside dancers who are:
Training at an intermediate ballet level
Ages 8 and older
Preparing for the transition from demi-pointe to pointe shoes
Ready for focused, structured summer ballet training

9:00 – 10:30 AM · Intermediate Ballet Class
10:30 – 11:00 AM · Break
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Pre-Pointe / Pointe Exercises
12:00 – 12:30 PM · Repertoire
12:30 – 1:00 PM · Conditioning

Level: Intermediate ballet dancers
Dates: Monday, Wednesday & Friday · June 8–26, 2026 (3 weeks)
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
