2. Get Your Tickets at the Front Desk

1. Ticket Sales

  • All tickets are $17 each and will be available for purchase at the front desk starting October 6, 2025.

  • Tickets are not included in recital participation fees.

  • Tickets must be paid at the time of seat selection.

  • This year, we are testing reserved seating — each ticket corresponds to a numbered seat on the auditorium map

 

2. Unlimited Ticket Purchases

  • Because we are hosting three separate shows this year, families may purchase as many tickets as they wish — there are no limits per student or family.

  • However, we kindly ask families with dancers performing in more than one show to keep the majority of their tickets for one show so that every family has the opportunity to attend comfortably.
     

 

3. How to Purchase Tickets

  • Tickets will be sold in person at the Art & Dance Studio front desk during regular class hours through November 17th.

  • After November 17th, we will open online ticket sales for any remaining tickets, allowing families to purchase from home.

  • Parents must show proof that recital participation fees (full or first installment) have been paid before choosing seats.

  • We kindly ask that you allow the first and last 10 minutes of class for trial student check-ins before approaching the desk.
     

 

4. Ticket Delivery & QR Codes

  • Once purchased, tickets will be sent digitally via email and will include a unique QR code for entry.

  • Families may share the QR codes with friends or relatives attending. Each QR code will be scanned upon arrival.

  • Since seats are reserved, there’s no need to wait for your group or save extra seats — everyone will have their designated spot.
     

 

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

  • All ticket sales are final.
    No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances (including illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes of plans).

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

 

6. Admission Rules

  • Everyone entering the auditorium must present a valid ticket (digital or printed).

  • Children under 2 years old may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket.

  • Dancers, staff, and parent volunteers do not need a ticket for entry.

Please note: siblings who are not performing may not remain backstage with volunteer parents.

If you are volunteering, please make arrangements for them to sit in the audience with another adult.

 

7. Audience Courtesy

  • There will be no intermissions during the shows, as each performance is shorter this year thanks to the 3-show format.

  • While audience members may exit or re-enter as needed, we kindly ask that you avoid movement during performances to minimize distractions that could affect dancers’ focus or safety.
